Eligibility

Legal Services

Property Management Services
Property owners (“Landlords”) who engage us to manage their property authorize us to source tenants, collect rent, and handle related management duties on their behalf, as agreed in a separate management agreement.
Rent collection timelines, commission rates, and responsibilities will be set out in a signed agreement between Silverstone and the Landlord.
We are not liable for tenant defaults, but we will act in good faith to recover owed rent and manage disputes professionally.
Property Insurance
Insurance cover for houses and buildings is provided in partnership with or facilitated through licensed insurance providers, subject to separate policy terms.
Coverage, premiums, exclusions, and claims processes are governed by the specific insurance policy issued, not solely by these Terms.
Silverstone will assist with claims support but is not the underwriter of the insurance policy unless explicitly stated.
Online Marketplace
Our marketplace allows users to list, buy, and sell goods, services, and property.
Silverstone acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders as described.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchase.
Silverstone is not liable for disputes arising directly between buyers and sellers, though we may offer mediation support.

Payments
Fees for any Service will be communicated in advance, whether through a quote, invoice, or listed pricing.
